    • Fleet Electrification Strategy: Consulting on vehicle-to-grid (V2G), smart charging, and energy management systems to minimize demand charges and optimize operational costs.

    • Utility Interconnection: Expertly navigating complex utility agreements, managing infrastructure needs (transformers, service upgrades), and leveraging utility incentive programs.

  • Financial Structuring & Modeling: Possess the capability to create, interpret, and defend complex financial models specific to EV infrastructure, focusing on fleet Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), utilization rates, OpEx savings, and available federal/state grants and incentives. Strong fluency in advanced Excel modeling is required.

  • Due Diligence Leadership: Lead project-level technical and commercial due diligence, focusing on site electrical capacity, local permitting, make-ready infrastructure requirements, and hardware selection (chargers, software, network providers).

  • Executive Client Management: Cultivate and close relationships with C-suite executives, Fleet Managers, Sustainability Officers, and real estate developers.

  • Ethical Governance: Maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, serving as a pillar of integrity and transparency in a rapidly evolving, high-stakes technology sector.

  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of EV charging standards (e.g., CCS, NACS), utility tariffs (e.g., Time-of-Use), load management, and the operational needs of commercial fleets.

  • Financial Fluency: Proven ability to rapidly assimilate complex technical data, calculate key project metrics (e.g., utilization, ROI on infrastructure spend), and present bankable proposals.

  • Drive: An entrepreneurial spirit motivated by significant wealth creation, technology adoption, and securing large-scale infrastructure deployment.
