Core Responsibilities
Comprehensive Project Origination: Drive the full development cycle for diverse energy solutions, requiring technical fluency across all product types:
Behind-The-Meter (BTM): On-site solar and storage solutions for energy savings and resilience.
Front-Of-The-Meter (FTM): Utility-scale or community solar projects.
Complex Solutions: Microgrids, Site Lease agreements, and advanced Solar + Storage deployments.
Financial Structuring & Modeling: Possess the capability to create, interpret, and defend robust financial models (PPA, Lease, Cash Sale, etc.) to evaluate project viability and accurately present ROI to executive-level clients. Strong fluency in Excel is highly regarded.
Due Diligence Leadership: Willingness and capability to perform and lead project-level technical and commercial due diligence, qualifying opportunities with precision before handover to development/engineering teams.
Executive Client Management: Cultivate and close relationships with C-suite executives, facility managers, and corporate sustainability officers.
Ethical Governance: Maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, serving as a pillar of integrity for both our clients and our future sales organization.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years of high-value, B2B/C&I sales experience, with significant exposure to complex renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of electrical infrastructure, energy tariffs, and the financial mechanics of distributed energy resources (DERs).
Financial Fluency: Proven ability to rapidly assimilate complex data, calculate key project metrics (e.g., LCOE, NPV, IRR), and present bankable proposals.
Maturity & Autonomy: An established, mature professional demeanor with the discipline to manage a long sales cycle and large territory independently.
